1. Services, Payments, Cancellations

Michele Makes Space provides professional organizing services, both in-person and virtually. Services may include consultations, hands-on organizing, and personalized recommendations. Clients who book professional organizing services with Michele Makes Space will receive a personalized client agreement outlining the scope of work, scheduling, payment terms, and cancellation policies. This agreement must be reviewed and signed prior to the start of any services. In the event of any conflict between this website’s terms and the client agreement, the client agreement will take precedence.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion, with or without notice.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful organizing experience, clients agree to:

• Be available for scheduled sessions or give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

• Participate actively in the decluttering and organizing process when applicable.

• Provide a safe, respectful environment during in-home visits.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All personal and household information shared during services will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of supporting your organizing goals. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

Michele Makes Space, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the organizing process. All final decisions about what to keep or discard remain with the client.

We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Any recommendations are made in good faith based on experience and client goals.
